Thank you for considering Creature Feature Weekend for your Labor Day Weekend event! We will have a designated lot behind the hotel that guests will have exclusive access to from the convention space. Communication will be given 30 days prior to event detailing food truck layout and expected guest attendance. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
You must provide the following to be considered for this event. Application submission is not a guarantee of participation as space is limited.
- Event Application
- Photo and Dimensions of Truck (for advertising and spacing purposes)
- A copy of your Mobile Food License
- A copy of your Pennsylvania Sales Tax Certificate of Registration
- A copy of your most recent Department of Public Health Inspection Report and ServeSafe certificate
- Proof of Insurance and Applicable Permits
