GETTYSBURG VENDOR FLOOR HOURS
- Friday 5PM to 10PM (10AM setup)
- Saturday 10AM to 7PM
- Sunday 10AM to 5PM
- Vendors are allowed into the vendor room 30 minutes prior to opening on Saturday and Sunday
GETTYSBURG VENDOR FEE
- $225.00 for a 6 foot table which is non-refundable. This includes 2 weekend passes for the convention. Please reserve as much space as you require for your booth.
- Electricity is an additional $35.00 for the weekend. Please bring any cords, power strips, or other items you will require to use the electricity.
- Vendor reservations of 1-2 tables will receive 2 Vendor armbands. Additional tables will receive 1 armband per table added. Any additional Vendor armbands will be $25 per armband. No more than 2 additional armbands per vendor.
- Vendor Tables are issued on a first come first serve basis.
- Vendor spaces will only be reserved once payment is made in full. Wall space or corner space can be requested but not guaranteed – Reserve your spot early!
MAHONING DRIVE-IN VENDOR FEE
- Vending hours are 3PM to Sundown. Setup can begin at 1PM. Vendors must enter through the main entrance.
- $75.00 each day for a 10×10 space during the event or $125 for both days. Vendor Fee is non-refundable. This includes 2 passes and one vehicle for the event. Please reserve as much space as you require for your booth.
- Vendors must bring all of their own items including canopy or tent with weights, tables, chairs, banners, and anything else they require. No Electricity will be available.
- Vendor booth location will be determined at the show and may be either on grass or gravel. Be prepared to stake down.
- Vendor’s are required to clean up after themselves and to make sure that their area is clear of garbage and debris during and after the day is done.
- Vendors will have to break down each night before the movies begin. If you are doing just one day then you will have to have everything cleared out before the first movie starts. If vendors are doing both days then you will be asked to drop your tent to half height but you can stay setup for both days. The Mahoning drive-In and Creature Feature weekend are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Vendor spots are on a first come first served basis. Vendor spots are not reserved until payment is completed.
- Event is Rain or Shine and there is always the chance that it will be windy. Please be prepared for incliment weather. Each vendor is responsible for properly weighing down the legs of their tent with each leg having at least 15lb weights or buckets.

- Vendors who choose to breakdown early will not be invited back to any Mahoning Drive-In Events.
- The vendor agrees that Mahoning Drive-In, Creature Feature Weekend, Razor Wire Entertainment, their employees and agents are not liable for injury or damage to, or loss, mysterious dissappearance, theft, of any property of the vendors or for any personal injury, regardless of cause thereof, and by execution of this agreement the vendor waives any claims against the Theater or such persons, based on any such liability.
- By purchasing a vendor table you confirm that you have read, agreed to, and comply with all rules stated
- All vendors are required to have a PA state Tax ID to set up and sell at the show. Vendors are responsible for paying any and all taxes due based on items sold. PA law requires a sales tax on all applicable items sold. If you don’t have one you can find the online application at https://www.pa100.state.pa.us/
- Vendors will keep their table and area clean and not overlap outside of their area. Trash is carry in/carry out, so please bring a trash bag. Do not remove or reposition tables, furniture or equipment, and do not block doors, aisles or emergency exits upon arrival or set up.
- No food or beverages may be sold at the event. Food and beverage may only be sold from food trucks in the parking lot if event allows food trucks. Please see food truck application
- We reserves the right to refuse any graphic nudity, weapons, drug paraphernalia, or alcohol related products. If your inventory falls under these categories inquire via email with pictures attached before submitting your vendor fee.
- There is no table-sharing permitted at the event. Any agreement is between Razor Wire Entertainment and the applicant only. No part of this agreement is transferable to another party, including but not limited to assigned space at the event.
- Vendors will not promote or distribute any material advertising any other conventions without consent from Creature Feature Weekend.
- Vendor agrees not to close their booth or display before the conclusion of the show.
- Vendor agrees to be present at vendor booth during all hours that vendor area is open
- Vendors may not damage the walls, tables, or floor of the hotel. Vendors are responsible for any and all damages they cause to hotel property including tables and/or chairs.
- Creature Feature Weekend and Razor Wire Entertainment accept no responsibility for any merchandise sold at the show. Responsibility for the merchandise and the legalities of selling, and/or necessary rights required to sell any merchandise rests solely on the vendor.
- Creature Feature Weekend, Razor Wire Entertainment, and/or Wyndham Gettysburg will not be held responsible for any loss, cost, damage, liability, theft, expenses, claims or actions of any kind or nature arising from any personal injuries, property damage, loss or theft arising in any manner from participation with or transport to/from Creature Feature Weekend. It is the responsibility of the vendor to carry insurance for their merchandise. No insurance will be provided for any vendors.
