- Friday 5PM to 9PM
- Saturday 10AM to 9PM
- Sunday 10AM to 4PM
- Set-up can begin Friday at 10AM – all supporting vehicles must vacate truck lot 30 minutes before event begins.
This is an all-weather event
Food Truck Fee
$250.00 per truck for the duration of Creature Feature Weekend and fee is due 10 business days after application approval. Failure to submit payment will result in loss of space reservation. Fees are non-refundable.
- Food Truck spots are issued on a first come first serve basis.
- Spaces will only be reserved once payment is made in full
- You will be contacted by the Creature Feature Weekend staff to arrange payment via PayPal after you have submitted the Food Truck Application (link at the bottom of this page).
Food Trucks must stay for all hours of the event unless an agreement is made between the food truck owner and Creature Feature Weekend in advance.
Food Trucks must accept any food tokens or coupons that are issued to VIP guests. Food truck operator will receive 100% reimbursement for the dollar amount of those tokens.
Rules and Disclaimers
You must provide the following with your application to be considered for this event. Application submission is not a guarantee of participation as space is limited.
- Photo and Dimensions of Truck (for advertising and spacing purposes)
- A copy of your Mobile Food License
- A copy of your Pennsylvania Sales Tax Certificate of Registration
- A copy of your most recent Department of Public Health Inspection Report and ServeSafe certificate
- Proof of Insurance
- Applicable Permits pertaining to Adams County and Straban Township
Every participating food truck must include and list the production company, Razor Wire Entertainment LLC DBA Creature Feature Weekend as additional insured with 1.2 million aggregate and provide copy prior to entrance.
Engines must be turned off while participating in the festival. Electric and water hookups are not available. Food truck must be self-contained and packing materials kept out of sight. Trash containers must be provided for guests and removed at the end of each day. Grease and gray water disposal is not available.
All food trucks must have a fire extinguisher. Food trucks using propane must have a fire extinguisher with a minimum UL classification of 2A 40BC. Trucks that require deep frying food preparation must also have an additional fire extinguisher that has a minimum UL classification of 2A “K”.
Note: Corporations, chain stores, franchises, product brands, field marketing & promotional companies, marketing agencies, public relations firms and all their respective clients, including free giveaways and sampling are considered Vendors, and must contact Craig Yastrzemski at razorwireent623@gmail.com.
Creature Feature Weekend, Razor Wire Entertainment, and/or Wyndham Gettysburg are not to be held responsible for any loss, cost, damage, liability, theft, expenses, claims or actions of any kind or nature arising from any personal injuries, property damage, loss or theft arising in any manner from participation with or transport to/from Creature Feature Weekend.
